To help us reach this goal, we will have several events throughout the year to raise awareness to our page. The first event will be held on October 3rd, 2026: Walk for GNA01!

SAVE THE DATE & COME WALK WITH US!

In honour of Zoë Newton, her journey with GNA01, and GNA01 Day on October 1st, Giving for Zoë Newton is hosting a community walk to raise funds for the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Saturday, October 3rd, 2026

10:00 AM, arrival between 9:30-9:50am!
Start: 433 Walpole Avenue, Beaconsfield, QC H9W 2G6
Walk: Loop to Beaconsfield High School and back to the starting point

Coffee & sweet treats will follow the walk

Clothing: Wear Purple or Blue for GNA01 awareness!

Whether you know Zoë personally or simply want to support a great cause, everyone is welcome!

There is no set donation amount required, please donate whatever you feel comfortable giving. Every contribution will be donated to The Department of Medical Genetics at the Montreal Children’s Hospital.

Put on your walking shoes, bring your friends and family, and come join us for a morning of awareness and giving back.

RÉSERVEZ LA DATE ET VENEZ MARCHER AVEC NOUS!

En l’honneur de Zoë Newton, de son parcours avec le GNA01, et à l’occasion de la Journée GNA01, le 1er octobre, Giving for Zoë Newton organise une marche communautaire afin d’amasser des fonds pour la Fondation de l’Hôpital de Montréal pour enfants.

Samedi 3 octobre 2026
10 h, arrivée entre 9 h 30 et 9 h 50
Départ : 433, avenue Walpole, Beaconsfield, QC H9W 2G6
Parcours : boucle jusqu’à l’école secondaire Beaconsfield, puis retour au point de départ
Café et desserts seront servis après la marche

Code vestimentaire : portez du violet ou du bleu pour soutenir la sensibilisation au GNA01!

Que vous connaissiez Zoë personnellement ou que vous souhaitiez simplement soutenir une belle cause, tout le monde est le bienvenu! 

Il n’y a pas de montant minimum, chaque don, peu importe le montant, est grandement apprécié. Chaque contribution sera remise au Département de génétique médicale de l’Hôpital de Montréal pour enfants.

Enfilez vos chaussures de marche, invitez votre famille et vos amis, et venez vous joindre à nous pour une matinée placée sous le signe de de la sensibilisation et de la solidarité.
