I was diagnosed with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome as a child. For years, I was followed in cardiology at the Montreal Children's Hospital. In April 2024, as the condition progressed into atrial fibrillation, the team performed a catheter ablation. I am healthy today because of them.

On September 27, I am racing the Boucherville Olympic Triathlon, something I could not have done without them. I am racing for every kid at the Children's who can't, for the ones sitting where I once sat.
