It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Eva's grandfather, Adam Murawski, after a courageous battle with ALS. 

Adam started this fundraising page and endowment fund on Eva's 1st birthday. As we say goodbye to him, we celebrate a life full of love, kindness, and inspiration. The family would appreciate donations in Adam's memory to the Team Eva fundraising page.

About the Team Eva Fundraising Page: Eva Rose Murawski Nahorniak was born in February 2012 with long-gap esophageal atresia and spent the first six and a half months of her life at the Montreal Children's Hospital. Please help us celebrate this little miracle girl by supporting an endowment fund that will go towards helping future needs in the NICU and most importantly, the esophageal atresia EA/TEF clinic at the Children's.
