At Westmount Capital Mortgage Corporation, we believe that a child’s place is at home with their family, not in the Hospital. That’s why we proudly support the Caring for Kids Radiothon, in benefit of The Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Among the young patients highlighted this year, Henry's story particularly touched us. Henry was diagnosed with Hirschsprung’s disease, which is a birth condition where missing nerve cells in the large intestine cause blockages by preventing stool movement. To make matters worse, he also has early-onset inflammatory bowel disease. At 3 days old, part of Henry’s intestine perforated, and he had to have emergency surgery.

After spending the first year of his life at The Children’s, Henry has shown incredible resilience. After being fed by IV for the first year of his life, Henry has begun eating and has quite an appetite!
