It's winter again, and time to take on my 8th hypothermic half marathon. 

Previous races have been between -5C and -30C. Let's see how frigid it is in 2025. I'll be aiming to run in mid-late February 2025.

As before, I am raising money for the Montreal Children's Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This is a fantastic facility that does amazing work - everybody from the administrators to the nurses to the doctors. They treat not only the patients, but also the families, through incredibly difficult times. They need all the money they can get, and every cent is used well.
